2025年,德州市完成重点水利工程投资82.25亿元

1月29日,德州"2025回望记"系列主题新闻发布会第七场召开,介绍2025年度德州水利事业发展成效, 并回答记者提问。 规划实施后,德州市防洪减灾能力将大幅提升,可有效抵御流域性大洪水;水资源配置更趋均衡高效, 切实保障工农业及城乡供水需求;水生态环境持续向好,河湖生态价值充分释放;数字孪生技术应用日 趋成熟,水利治理效能全面升级。 2025年,全市完成重点水利工程投资82.25亿元,实施了马颊河等骨干及中小河流治理,潘庄、李家岸 等大中型灌区改造,水库建设及农村供水保障等82个项目,完成投资创历史新高。其中马颊河重点治理 段防洪标准基本达到"50年一遇",流域面积200平方公里以上中小河流基本达到"10年一遇"或"20年一 遇"防洪标准;通过实施大中型灌区改造,全市农田灌溉水利用系数提高至0.6440;新建水库项目全部 投入使用后可新增蓄水4000万立方米。 "十五五"时期,将围绕水安全保障核心目标,统筹水安全、水资源、水生态,持续深化水利改革创新, 构建"一区多库、三河为脉、灌区成网、数字赋能"的现代化水利综合治理新格局。重点任务聚焦四大方 面:一是提升水资源优化配置能力。重点推进德州市东部引调水、河湖 ...

Group 1 - The core objective for water conservancy investment in Shanxi Province for 2026 is set at over 22 billion yuan, focusing on modern water network construction, major project advancement, and rural water supply security [1] - Investment will concentrate on six key "hard investment" areas, including the acceleration of national "two heavy" projects and provincial key projects such as the ancient Xian Shanxi water resource allocation project and the Luliang Yuko River reservoir [1] - The provincial "three verticals and nine horizontals, eight rivers interconnected" modern water network backbone project will be expedited, with plans to add six counties to achieve effective water network support [1] Group 2 - In rural water supply, there are plans to repair and maintain 1,900 projects benefiting over 2 million people, with the goal of increasing the coverage of rural centralized water supply projects to 62% and achieving a tap water penetration rate of 98.8% [1] - The province will also promote the modernization of large and medium-sized irrigation districts, exploring green and low-carbon irrigation development models, aiming for an effective utilization coefficient of irrigation water to reach 0.586 [1] - In river and lake system protection, Shanxi will advance the governance of 21 small and medium rivers and initiate flood control and disaster reduction capacity enhancement projects, addressing soil erosion over an area of 5.5 million acres [2]
