本报讯（西海新闻记者 李增平）1月12日，记者从"'十四五'发展成就"系列主题新闻发布会青海省水利 厅专场获悉，"十四五"期间，青海实施水利项目2300余项，完成投资282亿元，再创历史新高。 "一号水利工程"引大济湟全面竣工投运，支撑百万亩灌溉、两个千亿级产业集群、2市5县区城乡供水， 惠及人口约300万，青海东部地区湟水流域告别"靠天吃饭"的历史。纳入国家172项节水供水重大水利工 程的那棱格勒河、蓄集峡两个大型水利枢纽建成投运，西纳川等7座中小型水库建成，哈干等14座小型 水库开工，"蓄引提调"供水体系逐步完善。全省新增供水能力5.22亿立方米，为产业"四地"建设提供了 有力支撑。累计治理主要支流、中小河流940余公里，治理山洪沟道138条；除险加固水库25座、淤地坝 61座，江河堤防达标率从70%提升至93%。 同时，组建南水北调集团青海公司，开工建设投入超百亿元的柴达木盆地水资源配置一期工程，助 力"绿水+绿电+绿算"协同发展，形成"央地融合、水能融合、共链融合"青海模式。加快推进湟水数字孪 生流域建设，实现122座小型公益性水库、184座中型淤地坝监测设施全覆盖。 "十四五"期间，"中华水塔"水源 ...
