大出手!全球资管巨头“抄底”中国房地产

又一外资巨头宣布加仓中国不动产。近日,全球资产管理巨头施罗德资本旗下房地产投资部门与浙江实 力企业西子国际达成战略合作,共同组建股权投资平台,并宣布联合发起总规模约30亿元人民币的私募 房地产股权投资基金计划。双方此次合作,将专注于长三角核心城市(如上海、杭州、南京等地)优质写 字楼,以及消费类基础设施(如老旧商场、物流仓储升级、新型社区商业等)投资机会。这不是一次简单 的资本联姻。双方明确,将共同筛选并重点发掘核心稳定型以及具备改造升级潜力的高质量项目。逆周 期布局,信号明了。施罗德资本房地产投资中国主管黄景威表示,本次合作有望进一步巩固施罗德资本 在中国市场的领先地位,并为机构投资者开辟高质量的房地产投资新通道。而西子国际具备雄厚资金实 力以及丰富的房地产投资和开发经验,并拥有广泛的市场资源和物业改造能力,同样可借助集团的开发 及管理职能,为双方的战略合作平台提供全面支持。记者多次致电施罗德(上海)及西子国际,均未能获 得进一步信息。(中房报) ...
