河南特大型高炉“吃”上生物质炭

据了解,生物质炭作为可再生低碳固体燃料,具有反应活性高、燃烧性能优、碳排放强度低等特点。在 保障高炉顺行和铁水质量的前提下,可替代部分喷吹煤,降低化石能源消耗。生物质炭与传统喷吹煤在 理化特性、燃烧气化行为及输送特性方面存在差异,对特大型高炉喷吹系统和操作制度提出了更高要 求。 记者从河南钢铁集团获悉,近日,由河南钢铁集团和北京科技大学科研团队联合开展的国内首次 4000m3级高炉万吨级生物质炭喷吹第一阶段工业试验在安阳基地顺利实施。试验期间,生物质炭喷吹 过程安全可控,煤比达到170kg/tHM,日产稳定在10500t以上,高炉喷吹燃料低碳替代探索取得阶段性 成果。 责任编辑: 何山 本次试验围绕生物质炭在高炉喷吹系统中的应用可行性、运行稳定性及减碳潜力开展系统验证,打通了 生物质炭从料场管理、制粉系统运行、输送系统稳定性到高炉全风口连续喷吹的全流程工艺链条。过程 中,重点监测制粉喷吹系统、风口区燃烧状态、高炉炉况稳定性及主要指标变化情况,系统评估生物质 炭喷吹对高炉顺行、煤气利用及燃料结构优化的影响,为后续试验及新技术应用推广提供了数据支撑。 (记者 曾鸣) ...
