近日,胜利油田地面工程维修中心胜北维修服务部与甲方建立隐患治理协同机制,应用管道剩余寿命分 析预测模型,精准摸排胜利采油管理六区5公里老化管道,定位防腐薄弱点,采取常态化监测、应用"碳 纤维修复加强技术+金属表面重防腐防护技术"进行预防性加固和更换治理等方案,降低安全环保风 险。 事实上,采取"计划性维修+预防性维保"方式,推动"应急抢修"向"超前维保"转变,是地面工程维修中 心打造"零泄漏""零动火"示范区的有力举措。 与此同时,该中心持续加大新技术新工艺推广应用力度,聚焦打造长寿命工程,应用卡箍连接与螺纹补 偿器等动火作业替代技术,改变站内阀组、井口流程连接方式,避免焊接动火作业;对深埋地下难修复 管线,应用高强度抗腐蚀单流阀、抗冲刷陶瓷弯头等部件,降低腐蚀风险,延长管线使用寿命和维修周 期;应用管道检测、碳纤维修复加强、法兰密封防护、管线清洗、储罐外壁自动除锈等新技术,以及水 力切割、冷焊粘接等非动火工艺,实现源头减量、风险降级。(大众新闻记者顾松通讯员崔洪颖王芳) 今年,地面工程维修中心组织技术中心人员以孤东采油厂KD521接转站为试点,应用三维激光扫描技术 重建地面流程三维模型,建立阀组流程数据库, ...
