干建筑不再又苦又累又危险 让建筑工人成为建筑"蓝领" 济南国际贸易产业园工程项目有一个配备了空调的5G塔机驾驶室,大小和项目部的会议室差不多。去年记者采访时看到,驾驶室内 专业的塔吊司机们分别坐在带着操纵杆和按键的座椅上,座椅前方是6块屏幕,屏幕下方的操作台上,有按键还有键盘。他们每个人 都远程控制着工地的多台5G智能塔机。 在这里,塔吊司机们不用再每天来回两趟,浪费2个小时的攀爬时间到200米高、仅有约1平方米大小的塔吊驾驶舱作业。以前,为了 减少上厕所的次数,他们不敢多喝水,还要忍耐攀爬时高温和低温天里,或热辣或冰冷的铁架。在5G塔机智能建造产品和技术得到 应用后,他们成为了"能坐办公室"的建筑"蓝领"。 智能建造让施工效率和精度得到提升。用混凝土整平机器人进行地坪施工,单台设备可替代8-10名抹灰工,施工效率提升3倍以上, 平整度误差控制在±2mm内,施工精度能从厘米升级到毫米。测量放线机器人通过融合CAD图纸解析、全站仪定位与IMU惯性导航技 术,能实现厘米级坐标系自动校准。在-20℃至80℃和高粉尘环境中,能保持±2mm精度作业,比人工效率提升2倍以上,消除累计误 差。 齐鲁晚报·齐鲁壹点记者 王皇 ...
