党的二十届四中全会提出,提升农业综合生产能力和质量效益。粮食储备是保障国家粮食安全的核心支 柱,是统筹粮食供需、应对风险挑战、稳定市场预期的"压舱石"和"缓冲器"。储备管理能力的高低,直 接关系到储备粮的质量品质,既是实现节粮减损的基础,也是实现加工增值的前提。 近年来,新疆粮食和物资储备部门深入实施优质粮食工程,积极推动绿色储粮技术集成应用,统筹使用 项目资金,持续加大高标准粮仓建设力度,推进粮食节约减损。同时,通过申报科技项目,开展高标准 粮仓改造提升、绿色储粮技术适用性、储粮亚生态区划分等关键技术研究,支持行业专家、科研院所和 涉粮企业开展理论研究,推动成果转化,赋能绿色优储。 各地结合储粮实际需求,综合应用屋顶架空、屋面反射涂料、聚氨酯喷涂等保温隔热技术,通过提高仓 顶仓壁的阳光反射率,减少阳光辐射热量,使仓温有效下降5至7摄氏度,有效抑制粮堆发热和霉变,提 高了原粮加工品质。同时,探索推广内环流、谷物冷却等控温技术,以及食品级惰性粉、储粮害虫诱捕 器等有害生物综合防治技术,对新建高标准仓房统一配置内环流装置,在实现冬季蓄冷、夏季降温的同 时,减少化学药剂使用和粮仓能耗,实现绿色优质储粮。 目前,新疆 ...
