今年以来,南通农商银行深入贯彻落实乡村振兴战略和普惠金融政策要求,紧紧围绕"增户扩面、提质 增效"工作主线,通过强化机制督导、织密服务矩阵、深化数字运营三大举措,全面推动信贷业务高质 量发展。上半年,全行各项贷款659.21亿元,较年初净增36.26亿元;重点信贷客户数36175户,较年初 净增1533户,用实实在在的金融供给为地方经济发展注入新动能。 数字赋能精运营,智能营销提质效。该行依托联合银行数字化营销客群清单,组建成立"数据敏捷小 组",深入开展数据清洗,并结合客群实际和经营经验锁定拓展目标,围绕回捞促活、提额挖转、无贷 挖掘及网贷转化客群,配置展业平台客户权益,匹配营销策略和话术,开展专项营销建档活动。配合联 合银行开展精准营销模型试点工作,形成"小模型+大模型"双轨获客体系输出方案。上半年累计触达等 级1—3级客户1149户,用信95户4972万元,带动数字化展业效率有效提升。 下阶段,南通农商银行将持续优化"整村授信+网格化营销"服务模式,通过强化产品创新、优化服务流 程、深化科技赋能,构建"线上便捷、线下贴心"的服务体系,坚定不移地走好差异化、特色化发展道 路,为服务地方实体经济贡献更大金融 ...
