Market breadth has struggled. This has been true for months, but on this latest decline, breadth has been quite terrible and both breadth oscillators are in oversold territory. The good news is they will eventually generate buy signals when breadth improves, but remember that the market can decline sharply while the breadth oscillators are oversold (oversold does not mean buy).
