A shocking scene aboard the Royal Caribbean's Icon of the Seas. Video captured by passengers showing water gushing from a broken water slide after a portion of it shattered, injuring an adult male. Royal Caribbean saying in a statement, "Our team provided medical care to an adult guest when acrylic glass broke off a water slide as the guest passed through the slide.
