“爬树”也能修学分?这所高校的“攀树课”一课难求!

2011年,时任厦门大学校长的朱崇实在国外考察时注意到,攀树课是许多国外高校广受欢迎的热门课程。回国后,他立即推动学校研究引入这门课程。 研究户外冒险教育的郑达雄老师与校方一拍即合。不过,要开设攀树课,首先得自己掌握这门技能。 爬树还能修学分! 在厦门大学有一门网红攀树课,一课难求! 据授课老师郑达雄介绍,由于课堂人数限制(每节课16人),很多同学大学四年都没能抢到一次上课的机会。 "能选上课都像中大奖!" 为什么厦门大学会开设攀树课? 从篮球教练转型为攀树教师的过程中,郑达雄遇到的第一个挑战是"恐高"——哪怕只是攀爬校园里约15米高的芒果树和柠檬树。 他回忆道:"到达15米高度时,人就会明显感到心慌、冒汗、手脚无力。"挂在树上时,他不断与自己对话:"先找到害怕的原因,再回想动作要领、检查装 备,用实际情况一步步拆解顾虑。" 在完成攀树师的专业训练后,郑达雄成为中国大陆首位获得国际树木学会(ISA)认证的职业攀树师,也是厦门大学最早的攀树课教师之一。 2012年,厦门大学正式将攀树课纳入体育课程。这一创新举措迅速引发广泛关注,让攀树课成功"火出了圈"。 "抓着绳索,精神紧绷,浑身都在用力,真的很害怕!"
