停车治理撬动环境提升,西城这条胡同从“混乱”变“烂漫”

房顶上悠闲的鸽子,阳光下自由生长的树,今天(11月21日)下午,不少市民趁着暖阳来到这里"逛胡 同"。而在几年前,此处的居民还深受停车堵路、私搭乱建等问题的困扰。为了改变这一情况,交通部 门和属地政府通过"胡同不停车"治理撬动环境的整体提升改造。 耗时3年多,实现13条胡同禁停机动车 在北京市西城区牛街街道,有一条网红胡同——烂缦胡同,随着近年来的治理,它的历史文化底蕴被不 断挖掘,还融入了众多热门店铺,烂缦胡同的知名度越来越高,还吸引了很多外地游客慕名而来。 烂缦胡同位于法源寺历史文化区中部,北起莲花胡同,南至南横西街,是街区中最主要的一条南北走向 的胡同。这条三百余米的胡同内会馆遗址荟萃,现存6处明清会馆,毛泽东还曾在湖南会馆发起过"驱张 运动"。 根据史料记载,这条胡同在清代因为当地面馆的烂面条而得名"烂面胡同",在民国时期,胡同名称被雅 化为"烂缦胡同"。 近年来,通过持续开展渐进式更新,这条老胡同焕发了新生机,尤其为市民游客所钟情的是它的名字 ——烂缦。 在现代汉语中,"烂缦"亦作"烂漫",既可以用来形容色彩绚丽的自然景象,还可以引申表达为人纯真自 然的性格状态。不过在几年前,烂缦胡同不少居民都没觉 ...
