近日,总投资超千万元的尚九鲜海参加工项目,签约落地城厢区灵川镇。"项目与此前企业在灵川设立 的北参南养基地,将形成海参养殖、加工、销售产业链闭环。"尚九鲜副董事长王晨对未来充满了憧 憬。 立春时节,在灵川镇书峰村与西墩村交界处的海面上,绵延相连的网箱错落有致,养殖人员边投掷饵料 边观察海参长势,"海上春耕"忙碌。这里便是尚九鲜的北参南养基地。 回忆起基地落地之初,王晨至今记忆犹新。"当初最头疼的是选址和清障,多亏了片区党委的统筹协 调。"王晨介绍,为让项目顺利推进,灵川镇"有渔粮"片区牵头对接海渔部门开展勘测,选定避开主航 道、水质佳的养殖海域,并组织清理海域内零散非法养殖设施,确保项目赶在海参冬眠前投产。去年, 基地首批400余万斤海参喜获丰收。 据悉,此次落地的尚九鲜海参加工项目,将进一步延伸产业链,开发即食海参、预制菜等产品,让海参 实现价值跃升。 地处湄洲湾畔的灵川镇坐拥13公里黄金海岸线,海域平缓、气候适宜,却曾因村域分割、资源分散,陷 入"守着宝地难致富"困境。去年3月,"有渔粮"片区党委应势成立,串联起东进、下尾、书峰、西墩4个 沿海村庄,通过组织联建,统筹海域、资金、人才等要素,让分散的资源聚 ...
