Group 1 - The forum focused on the critical development path for the electronic chemicals industry in China, emphasizing the need for a safe and controllable industrial chain [2] - Electronic chemicals are identified as a cornerstone for the development of strategic emerging industries, playing a vital role in semiconductor manufacturing, new energy, and 5G communications [2] - The forum highlighted the significant challenges in manufacturing and quality control verification standards, necessitating a new research paradigm that integrates artificial intelligence with chemical engineering [2] Group 2 - The forum addressed key technical challenges in high-end electronic information chemicals, including photoresists, electronic specialty gases, and semiconductor packaging [3] - Experts presented 15 specialized reports on topics such as the development strategy of electronic information chemicals, ultra-pure separation and purification, and synthesis and preparation of materials [3] - A collaboration with the Industrial Chemistry & Materials (ICM) journal resulted in the launch of a special issue on Advanced Electronic Chemicals, providing a platform for academic exchange on green design and preparation of electronic chemicals [3]
