智通财经APP获悉,澳门统计暨普查局资料显示,2025年9月至11月的整体住宅楼价指数为191.7,较上 一期(2025年8月至10月)下跌0.1%,当中现货住宅指数(204.2)下跌0.1%,楼花指数(237.1)则上 升0.5%。 现货指数中,澳门半岛(194.6)按期下跌0.3%,路凼区(243.5)则录得0.5%升幅。按楼龄划分,11至 20年、5年或以下的住宅楼价指数分别下跌1.4%及0.2%,6至10年的则上升1.4%。 按单位实用面积统计,100平方米及以上的楼价指数下跌1.2%,75至99.9平方米的则上升0.8%。 与去年同期比较,整体住宅楼价指数同比下跌7.2%,澳门半岛(190.2)与路凼区(198.2)的指数跌幅 分别为5.3%及13.5%。 ...
