新华社北京5月27日电(记者 温竞华)第十四次中国公民科学素质抽样调查结果显示,2024年我国 具备科学素质的公民比例达到15.37%;基本具备科学素质的公民比例为44.07%,人口规模达4.4亿,为 国家创新发展进一步夯实劳动力基础。 在第九个全国科技工作者日到来之际,中国科协27日公布了这一信息。 公民具备科学素质是指崇尚科学精神,树立科学思想,掌握基本科学方法,了解必要科技知识,并 具有应用其分析判断事物和解决实际问题的能力。《关于新时代进一步加强科学技术普及工作的意见》 提出,到2025年,公民具备科学素质比例超过15%。 此前,我国公民科学素质调查仅判定和分析具备科学素质的情况,本次调查开展了分级评价,按照 科学素质调查问卷得分情况,将公民科学素质的层次结构细化为"具备高阶科学素质""具备科学素 质""基本具备科学素质""具备较低科学素质"四类。 本次调查结果显示,具备高阶科学素质(85分及以上)、具备科学素质(70分及以上)、基本具备 科学素质(55分及以上)的三类人群大致呈现出1:7:19的金字塔式分布。 调查结果分析认为,基本具备科学素质人群能够适应时代发展、科学生产生活需要,为经济社会发 展 ...
