威海:化肥农药做“减法”,农业效益增“加法”

在化肥控量增效方面,大力推广测土配方施肥技术。在小麦、玉米、花生大豆等主要农作物播种前和苹 果施肥前,制定发布主要农作物肥料配方和推荐施肥意见,引导农民按需施肥,全市测土配方施肥技术 覆盖面保持在90%以上;大力推广水肥一体化技术。在全市建设小麦、玉米、花生、苹果等主要农作物 水肥一体化"百亩攻关田、千亩示范方"样板片区,辐射带动周边农户,全市累计应用水肥一体化面积46 余万亩。 在农药减量增效方面,加大农作物病虫害监测预警力度。组织指导全市40多个测报点对162种病虫开展 调查监测,做好常规病虫监测预警和会商研判,及时发布病虫预报,截至目前,已发布市级病虫情报90 期;加强科学精准用药技术指导。根据各时期主要病虫发生特点及情况,及时印发技术指导意见,同时 在重大病虫和主要病虫防治关键时期,通过电视报道、微信等多种方式向广大农民群众示范推广重大病 虫害防治技术,指导群众科学防治,做到早发现、早防治,发现一点、防控一面,坚决遏制重大病虫害 暴发流行;积极推广绿色防控技术。打造农药减量控害技术集成示范推广基地,示范推广生态调控、生 物防治、理化诱控、科学用药等绿色防控技术,积极指导农户应用高效、低毒、低残留、环境 ...
