据了解,自2024年启动"贵法智库丛书"编撰以来,省高院联合人民法院出版社,组织全省法院精干力 量,围绕司法实践中的重点难点问题开展系统调研、反复论证,历经两年形成首批研究成果。丛书由 《执源治理实践与探索》《数字法院建设实践与展望》和"贵州法院类案审判要件指南"三大板块组成, 注重理论与实践结合,突出问题导向和实践指向。 其中,《执源治理实践与探索》聚焦"有效解决执行难",系统梳理贵州在全国率先探索执源治理的制度 创新;《数字法院建设实践与展望》围绕司法数字化转型,探讨大数据、人工智能等新技术在司法领域 的应用场景,总结电子卷宗"单套制"、政法协同办案等创新实践;"贵州法院类案审判要件指南"聚焦常 见罪名与案由,已于2025年完成20项,并将按三年规划分批次出版,旨在为一线法官提供精准实用的裁 判指引。 近年来,贵州法院系统将"公正与效率"贯穿工作全过程,深入实施"一体两翼三大工程",审判质量指标 连续两年全面达标,服判息诉率保持在98.55%的高位。此次丛书出版,是对相关创新实践的系统梳理 和集中呈现。 转自:贵州日报 本报讯(记者 陈景雄 实习生 王子乐)1月20日,贵州省高级人民法院召开"贵法智库丛书 ...
