来源:人民日报微信公众号 近日,江苏省无锡市锡山区的"锡山教育缴费"APP下架关停,至此,江苏全省县级及以下政务服务APP 全部取消,确需保留的政务服务应用统一转移至"苏服办"APP,政务服务入口从"分散多端"向"一门集 成"转变,群众和企业办事更加便利高效。 近年来,江苏省内一些市县上线了政务服务APP,在为群众和企业提供办事、咨询服务的同时,也存在 数量多、功能单一重复、管理不规范等问题。2025年6月,江苏省数据局、发展改革委、财政厅、审计 厅等4部门联合出台提升政务服务管理质效15条措施,明确要求县级及以下禁止开发政务服务APP,已 建的在2025年底前完成向"苏服办"APP迁移归并。 截至目前,江苏排查出22个县级及以下政务服务APP,已完成清理规范工作。对实用功能不大、用户数 量少的12个政务服务APP关停;对仍具备一定实用功能、用户确需使用的10个政务服务APP,将相关服 务功能统一迁移至"苏服办"后关停。 与此同时,江苏省强化关停应用的数据安全管理。针对政务APP中沉淀的群众个人信息、业务数据等, 严格按照数据分级分类保护要求,明确数据迁移、封存、销毁等流程,实行"一应用一方案"管理,确保 数 ...
