新华社北京1月7日电 殡葬管理条例 (1997年7月21日中华人民共和国国务院令第225号发布 根据2012年11月9日《国务院关于修改和废止 部分行政法规的决定》第一次修订 2025年12月12日中华人民共和国国务院令第824号第二次修订) 第一章 总则 县级以上人民政府发展改革部门负责按职责履行殡葬设施项目审批程序;财政部门负责按规定将必要的 殡葬工作经费纳入本级预算,加强资金监督管理;自然资源部门负责殡葬设施用地审批和规划许可,依 据国土空间规划将殡葬设施用地需求统筹纳入土地利用年度计划;卫生健康、中医药、疾控部门负责医 疗卫生机构出具死亡证明以及太平间等暂存遗体场所的监督管理;市场监管部门负责依法查处殡葬服务 机构和其他经营主体价格违法、违规收费以及垄断、不正当竞争等行为;教育、公安、生态环境、住房 城乡建设、人力资源社会保障、农业农村、应急管理、民族、宗教、网信、电信、林业草原等有关部门 依照本条例和其他有关法律法规的规定,在各自职责范围内做好殡葬相关工作。 县级以上地方人民政府应当统筹、协调、督促和指导各有关部门在各自职责范围内做好殡葬管理工作。 乡镇人民政府、街道办事处以及村民委员会、居民委员会 ...
