70城11月房价数据出炉:新房价格上涨的城市增多 一线城市二手房价格回调明显

12月15日,国家统计局公布了11月70个大中城市商品住宅销售价格变动情况。数据显示,11月70个大中 城市中,新房价格环比上涨的城市增至8个。 值得注意的是,上海、杭州、合肥新房价格同比涨幅居前,其中上海涨幅达到5.1%,杭州为3%,合肥 1.3%。 上海易居房地产研究院副院长严跃进向《每日经济新闻》记者书面分析指出:"11月房价指数表现积 极,尤其是房价上涨的城市数量增多,说明年底置业需求积极释放,相关政策效应也积极释放,进而带 动房价指标进一步向好发展。" 严跃进分析:"房价指数环比涨幅为正的城市有8个,包括合肥、襄阳、南京、贵阳、沈阳、上海、重 庆、扬州,这些城市特征非常清晰,即优质核心城市,房价调整基本到位,年底购房需求充足。" "房价上涨城市数量增多,是非常好的信号。既说明见底的基础更加牢固,也说明止跌回稳和稳中向好 的趋势更加明显。"严跃进补充说。 一线城市二手房价格回调更明显 国家统计局数据显示,11月,一线城市二手房价格继续回调,北京、上海、广州和深圳环比分别下降 1.3%、0.8%、1.2%和1.0%。 二线城市二手房价格环比下降0.6%,降幅与10月相同;三线城市二手房价格环比下降0.6 ...
