记者近日从最高人民检察院获悉，2025年最高检"检护民生"专项行动聚焦重点领域、重点人群以及民生 突出问题，依法保障人民权益、增进民生福祉，取得积极成效。 据介绍，专项行动聚焦重点人群，持续加强特殊群体权益保障。为保障农民工依法享有诉权、有效行使 诉权，2025年前11个月，全国检察机关共受理支持起诉案件5.03万件，审查后支持起诉3.4万件；其中， 支持农民工起诉2.3万件，占比约67.6%。加大新就业形态劳动者保护力度，聚焦快递员、外卖配送员等 重点行业在劳动报酬、社会保障、算法规则等方面的突出问题集中办理一批高质效案件。 此外，专项行动聚焦重点领域，最高检部署开展涉民事终结本次执行程序监督。聚焦民生突出问题，全 国检察机关常态化开展虚假诉讼专项监督，推动完善虚假诉讼防范、发现和惩戒机制；依法打击网络空 间民生突出问题等。 下一步，全国检察机关将以巩固深化"检护民生"专项行动为抓手，聚焦人民群众急难愁盼，努力以检 察"力度"提升民生"温度"。 ...
