《广西涠洲岛珊瑚礁生态保护联盟章程》发布

净滩活动 近日,"守护珊瑚,蔚蓝永续"珊瑚保护主题宣传活动在广西涠洲岛南湾海洋运动公园举行。活动中发布了《广西涠洲岛珊瑚礁生态保护联盟章程》,举 行"广西涠洲岛珊瑚礁生态保护联盟"新成员单位授牌仪式,同时开展了丰富多样的珊瑚礁保护科普宣传。 本次活动由北海市林业局、北海市海洋局、北海市涠洲岛旅游区管理委员会联合主办。自然资源部北海海洋中心作为《广西涠洲岛珊瑚礁生态保护联盟 章程》的牵头起草单位,与广西涠洲岛珊瑚礁国家级海洋公园管理站、北海市涠洲岛旅游区农业农村局、广西海洋科学院等单位共同承办了本次活动。 据悉,广西涠洲岛珊瑚礁生态保护联盟成立于2023年9月,是全国第二个、广西第一个珊瑚礁保护联盟,由自然资源部北海海洋中心、广西海洋科学 院、华南农业大学等科研单位牵头组建,并广泛吸纳涠洲岛潜水协会等民间力量参与。联盟以"科学保护、协同共治"为核心理念,围绕科学研究、监测评 估、生态修复与科普宣传四大重点方向,系统推进珊瑚礁保护实践,开展了一系列务实有效的工作,形成"科研+企业+公众"的多元珊瑚保护格局。 《广西涠洲岛珊瑚礁生态保护联盟章程》的发布实施,为联盟确立了基本准则和行动指南:既明确了联盟保护的宗旨目标 ...
