杨涛:财富管理是普惠金融的首要突破方向

《财经》年会2026:预测与战略暨2025全球财富管理论坛于2025年12月18-20日在北京举行。国家金融 与发展实验室副主任杨涛指出,财富管理是普惠金融的首要突破方向。当前我国居民财产性收入占比偏 低,且多集中于存款与固定收益产品,权益类产品参与度不足,这与欧美国家存在显著差距。 他指出,数智化转型的核心价值之一,便是打破传统财富管理 "二八定律" 的局限,让中产阶级、低收 入群体及长尾人群也能享受到优质、低成本的理财服务,通过提升居民财产性收入,为扩大内需、实现 内循环构建良性体系。"普惠金融不应仅聚焦中小微企业支持,居民理财与财富管理的普惠化同样是金 融人民性的重要体现。" 他补充道。 谈及行业生态建设,杨涛提出 "生态协同性" 的重要命题。当前财富管理行业参与者众多,但多处于 "单打独斗" 状态,未能形成面向客户全生命周期的多元化服务体系。他认为,真正的生态应是不同主 体通过良性互动机制实现共赢,数智化技术为跨机构、跨场景的协同提供了可能,未来需进一步打破数 据壁垒与业务边界,构建覆盖产品、服务、风控等全环节的协同生态。 在技术赋能层面,杨涛强调数智化的核心作用在于 "降本增效" 与 "精准适配"。 ...
