设备设施方面,在满足赛事要求的前提下,坚持"能借不租、能租不买",采用租借(利旧)与采购相结合 方式,最大限度减少器材购置成本。目前,34个大项、60个分项的竞赛器材已全部完成配置。赛后,所 有采购的竞赛器材都将统筹用于竞技项目训练、青少年人才培养、全民健身开展和专业赛事筹办等,服 务和推动体育事业发展。 活动组织方面,优化火炬传递线路,合理设定火炬传递人数,既充分展现中国特色、巴蜀风韵、成都魅 力,又弘扬体育文化和运动风尚。精简开闭幕式演出时长、优化活动仪式流程,综合采用专门运力及其 他保障措施,细化参与活动人员的交通保障,在保障安全有序前提下,尽最大可能减少对市民群众生活 的影响。 会上,成都市市长王凤朝介绍,在成都世运会筹备工作中,始终秉持"简约、安全、精彩"的办赛理 念,把节俭要求落实到每一个细节中。 场馆建设方面,坚持"能改不建",27个竞赛场馆均为改建或者临建。在改造过程中,我们统筹赛事需要 和赛后利用,全部采用绿色环保建材和可循环利用材料,采取装配式、标准化建设模式,做到标件生产 和集约安装。同时,结合教学安排和营运活动,"一馆一策"合理安排场馆建设时序,尽可能缩短对在营 场馆的占用时间。世运赛 ...
