证券日报网讯 1月23日,三峡能源在互动平台回答投资者提问时表示,公司管理费用主要包括职工薪 酬、资产折旧及摊销、租赁及咨询服务、保险、公用经费等方面的支出。公司2024年度管理费用20.24 亿元,较2020年增长2.6倍,自上市以来,2021年6月底至2024年末,公司装机规模由1644万千瓦增长至 4796万千瓦,资产总额由1851亿元增长至3569亿元,公司管理的项目、资产增多,管理费用相应增加。 同时,公司始终重视融资成本管控,坚持金融机构竞争性比选,把融资成本作为主要选择依据;抓住债 券市场窗口期,2025年公开发行80亿元低利率中期票据,具体可见公司公告。 (编辑 任世碧) ...
