智通财经APP获悉,7月14日,香港房屋署署长李佩诗在香港房屋委员会(香港房委会)公开例会上发 言指出,香港房屋署致力打击滥用公屋的行为。自本届香港政府上任至今年五月底,香港房屋署已收回 约8700个单位,节省相应的建筑费达87亿港元,成效有目共睹。除了要求住户申报资产及物业,并进行 仔细审核,香港房委会2025年一月推出"举报滥用公屋奖",搜集情报以更精准打击滥用公屋。截至今年 三月底,香港房屋署接获的约3900宗举报中,约1700宗选择参与奖励计划。经筛选后,有约700宗举报 可进一步跟进。 在2024/25这个年度,香港房委会共有约23000个单位落成,当中包括约9000个公屋单位和14000个资助 出售单位,预计2025/26年度将有约28000个单位落成,较2024/25年度增加20%。 除了大力增加公营房屋的新供应,要帮助轮候公屋的申请者更快"上楼",加快公屋流转亦同样重要。在 2025年三月底,约有116400宗一般公屋申请,以及约86300宗配额及计分制下的非长者一人申请。与最 高位的156400宗(截至2020年九月底)及143700宗(截至2015年十二月底)比较,一般公屋申请及非长 者一 ...
