智通财经APP获悉,2月27日,香港房屋局就第十二份亦是最后一份"简约公屋"营运及管理服务合约进 行招标,并鼓励有能力和经验的机构积极参与。该项目位于马鞍山恒光街,提供约855个"简约公屋"单 位,预计今年第四季入伙。 与过往批出的合约一样,"简约公屋"的营运及管理服务主要包括住户事务管理、物业管理、日常保养维 修,亦涵盖社会服务,以及管理和营运一系列配套设施等范畴。为推动社会上不同持份者的参与,香港 房屋局欢迎有能力和经验的服务承办商投标,包括非政府机构及持有物业管理公司牌照的机构,或是两 者合作。 为确保服务质量,香港房屋局会根据投标机构的管理能力、相关经验、过往的服务表现,以及其计划书 内建议的营运和管理模式、提供的社会服务、迁出计划的可行性、创新和资讯科技的应用等一系列因素 作出技术评审,务求令"简约公屋"的设施和服务切合居民和地区需要,再就投标价格作出综合评审,选 出最合适的机构负责营运"简约公屋"。 香港房屋局至今已批出八份"简约公屋"营运及管理服务合约,涵盖元朗攸壆路、牛头角彩兴路及彩石里 (即前圣若瑟英文中学)、屯门青福里(即屯门第3A区)、第一期启德世运道项目、四个改装校舍项 目、柴湾常安街 ...
