今年6月3日，河南省唐河县检察院就收到了群众反映，称其16岁的孩子到一家生活美容机构打耳 洞，因机打穿透过程中消毒不到位，出血过多，孩子耳洞位置长时间发炎红肿，不得不去医院做了微创 手术。 收到线索后，检察官立即到辖区生活美容机构走访，确认上述情况属实。不仅如此，检察官还发现 辖区部分生活美容机构在显著位置悬挂"微整""纹身清洗""无疼穿耳"等医疗美容广告宣传口号，严重违 反了《医疗广告管理办法》。 "打耳洞"是美容外科一级项目，应当在取得《医疗机构执业许可证》的医疗美容机构中，由专业执 业医师在符合标准的环境内规范操作完成。实际生活中，少数既不具备提供医疗美容服务资质，相关从 业人员也不具备执业医师资格的生活美容机构，却提供起了"打耳洞"服务。 专项行动开展以来，相关行政机关已摸底排查生活美容机构500余家、下架涉虚假广告60余条，对 41户经营者下达责令整改通知书，注销7家、立案调查3家。近日，唐河县检察院和相关行政机关经回 访，确认相关问题已整改到位。 随后，唐河县检察院向相关行政机关发出检察建议，督促其加强对美容行业的虚假广告、违法开展 医疗美容服务等行为的监督管理。相关行政机关高度重视，迅速在全县范 ...
