(来源:衢州日报) 转自:衢州日报 通讯员 徐晰玙 "我的档案补齐了,工龄认定这件烦心事终于得到解决。"2月5日,开化某公司原职工张女士在县档案馆 查询到自己完整的人事档案后,如释重负地向县人民法院法官陈莹表示感谢。 时间回溯到3个多月前。2025年10月13日,开化县社会治安综合治理中心接待室内气氛凝重。坐在陈莹 对面的张女士心急如焚地说:"新单位告知我工龄认定缺少凭证,可原公司破产了,我的人事档案到底 去哪儿了?" 这家公司243名职工都卷入了这场"档案风波"。 了解情况后,陈莹告诉张女士:"维护职工的合法权益,法院责无旁贷!有形资产要清偿,无形资产同 样要守护。" 承诺迅速付诸行动。接访结束后,陈莹立即联系破产管理人核查档案下落。确认243份人事档案仍完好 封存在原公司后,她马上牵头协调县委政法委、县人社局、县档案馆及破产管理人,有序开展档案整 理、信息核对、缺失材料补录等工作。 找到档案只是第一步,如何让它既安全保存,又方便职工随时使用?经过多轮研讨,方案最终敲定:依 据法院与档案管理部门建立的破产企业档案存放保管长效机制,对所有档案进行全面数字化处理,电子 版永久存入县档案馆。今后职工即可随时查询, ...
