造船业产业链长、零部件多、关联度强,被称为"综合工业之冠"。集"黄金水道"与"黄金海岸"于一 身的南通,是全国少有的同时拥有江海深水岸线的城市,发展船舶海工产业,自然禀赋得天独厚。尽管 如此,"南通船队"的产业进阶之路并不平坦。 金秋时节,地处长江入海口北支的启东海工船舶工业园里,一艘艘建造中的船舶、海工装备摆 开"巨人阵",整齐排列在18.8公里岸线上。"这景象,10年前根本不敢想!"启东海工船舶工业园党工委 书记任锴胜介绍,2007年,波罗的海指数攀升至11793点的历史最高点,全球造船业迎来大繁荣,江苏 沿江船厂也遍地开花。此后,伴随国际金融危机爆发和石油价格下跌,波罗的海指数跌至冰点,投入巨 大的船舶海工业猝不及防,不少项目"刚起锚就搁浅"。 一组数据可见行业"洗牌"的惨烈:江苏船舶制造企业曾有千家左右,如今只剩200多家。作为南通 船舶海工产业重镇,至2015年底,启东海工船舶工业园的船厂从17家缩减到15家,其中9家被国有资 本、上市公司收购或控股参股,有的造船岸线甚至历经几轮易主。 振华启东海工就是通过收购道达海洋重工,成为启东海工船舶工业园新成员。该公司总经理孙敏锋 回忆,那时各家企业都特别" ...
