本报讯 （记者马宇薇）1月21日，科学技术部、农业农村部、国家林业和草原局共同批复支持建设草业 国家技术创新中心。该中心将践行新型举国体制，聚焦国家生态安全、粮食安全重大战略需求，以打造 引领草业高质量发展的战略力量为目标，开展草产业关键核心技术攻关，推动成果转化与产业化，保障 国家生态安全和种业安全、强化优质饲草供给、促进乡村振兴。 据悉，草业国家技术创新中心以内蒙古自治区政府为组织单位，蒙草生态（300355）环境（集团）股份 有限公司为牵头建设单位，集聚现代牧业（集团）有限公司、四川林业集团有限公司等9家企业和中国 科学院西北生态环境资源研究院、中国农科院草原所、中国农业大学等6家高校院所协同共建。成立草 业国家技术创新中心（内蒙古）有限公司作为实体化运营机构，将按照"4+5"的模式进行空间协同创新 布局，即在呼和浩特市设立总部，建设草品种选育与种子高效生产、优质饲草生产与高效利用、草地生 态修复与可持续利用、智能装备集成与创新4个研究所，在东北寒区、华北温区、西北旱区、南方暖 区、青藏高原高寒区等全国五大代表性区域建设5个区域中心。 草业国家技术创新中心建设启动后，将聚焦草种业安全、饲草与粮食安全、草 ...
