来源:光明日报 12月22日,著名雷达与空间电子技术专家,中国工程院院士,中国航天科工集团有限公司、二院科技委 高级顾问黄培康,与世长辞,享年90岁。 黄培康一生潜心科研、矢志报国。他曾说自己的工作就是给雷达"点睛","让雷达不仅'看得见',更 要'看得懂''认得准'。" 56岁时,黄培康担任国家"863"计划主题专家组首席专家。他一手抓前沿技术,带领团队在雷达目标特 性、隐身与反隐身技术等尖端领域持续突破;一手抓基础建设,推动建成国内领先的大型微波暗室等重 大科技设施,为一代代"国之重器"的研制打造了坚实的试验台。 此后,他一心扑在国防科技重点实验室建设上。在他的大力争取下,"光学辐射重点实验室"和"电磁散 射重点实验室"都顺利通过,成为当时国防科技领域最早建立的两个国防科技重点实验室。 黄培康一生出版专著4部,发表论文60余篇,著作曾获得第一届中国出版政府奖图书提名奖。他说,著 书只为"让后来的年轻人,能站在我们的肩膀上,看得更远"。 他先后培养了40余名硕士、博士。对学生们的论文,他要求严格,因为"这些数据,将来关系到装备的 成败"。他教育学生"高尚做事,低调做人",告诫年轻一代"成功需要有坚定并执着的 ...
