(来源:邯郸晚报) 今年2月1日起,《全民阅读促进条例》正式施行,这是我国首次以行政法规的形式,将全民阅读纳入法治轨道。市人大代表郭东飞向记者分享 了他关于推进全民阅读、深化青少年阅读工作的建议与思考。 针对这些问题,郭东飞代表提出多项具体建议。他表示,应推进阅读课程化建设,筑牢阅读育人核心阵地。要落实中小学阅读课时,将阅读纳 入日常教学计划和课程体系,坚决杜绝挤占、挪用阅读时间的现象;同时鼓励各校开发特色校本阅读课程,推动阅读与语文、历史、科学等学 科教学深度融合,变"单一阅读课"为"全科浸润式阅读",让阅读能力培养渗透到教育教学全过程。 其次,将阅读工作纳入常态化考评,压实校园阅读主体责任。建立健全校园阅读工作考评机制,将阅读课程开设、阅读活动开展、学生阅读素 养提升、本土阅读资源开发等指标,全面纳入学校办学质量评估。 此外,郭东飞建议,通过举办多元化阅读活动,营造浓厚校园书香氛围。常态化开展校园阅读节、读书分享会、经典诵读比赛等特色活动,激 发学生阅读兴趣;打造班级图书角、校园读书长廊、开放式阅读空间等阵地,方便学生随时阅读;搭建家校共读互动平台,通过亲子共读打 卡、家庭读书分享会等活动,形成"师生共读 ...
