近年来,乳山市将青年人才工作作为提升城市活力和创新创业的重要抓手,围绕青年人才成长发展需求,搭建集聚平台、拓展引育路 径、提升留居品质、保障成长成才,聚力打造青年人才发展"微生态"。 聚焦产业主导,优化"链主企业+人才"微生态 打造四大科创基地。依托全国单体最大平价海上风电产业,成立新能源(001258)实训基地、风电叶片技术创新示范基地、海上新能源 实证实验基地、海上风电叶片研发中心4大聚才基地,引进相关领域高层次创新人才30余人、青年科技人才500余人,加速了以新能源和 海工重型装备制造为代表的新兴产业做大成势。 构建三大育留机制。推动恒邦矿冶、玫德集团等冲击百亿目标企业,建立人才招引校企订单培养、人才培养双师带徒、人才留用福利分 房的全过程人才育留机制,2024年仅恒邦矿冶项目招引青年人才400余人。 拓展两大技能赛道。与威海高级技工学校、轨道交通等技工院校和智造企业合作,共建政校、政企技能人才实训基地,近年来通过冠名 培养、自主评价、竞赛晋升等渠道,培养高技能人才1.2万人,2025年计划新增自主评价企业40家,预计培养技能人才800余人。 聚焦成果转化,优化"科研平台+人才"微生态 品牌聚力。创树" ...
