江西全面启动农村饮水安全薄弱环节整治提升三年行动

近日,为推广各地农村供水工作的典型经验做法,推动农村供水工作良性可持续发展,水利部设立"农村饮水红黑榜"栏目,宁波农村供水"应通尽通"工作 模式荣登"农村饮水红榜"。 主要成效 通过"应通尽通"工程建设与管理改革,宁波农村供水实现多维度跃升: 规模化供水水平显著提升 2022年至今,完成85座城镇水厂管网延伸工程,农村规模化供水覆盖率从93.5%提升至96.09%;同步实施村级水站改造316座,累计完成投资9.9亿元,惠 及农村人口达30.6万人。 供水水质标准全面对标 以"应通尽通"为主线,同步推进城镇管网延伸与村级水站提升,夯实供水硬件支撑: 一是城镇管网"扩覆盖":2022年至今,对有条件的地区开展村级水站城镇水厂管网延伸,完成延伸兼并水站85座,新建及改造管网超150km,重点覆盖宁 海、余姚、奉化等规模化供水覆盖率较低区域,实现"城镇水厂到村口、村内管网全更新"。 全市279座村级水站(占比69%)采用膜处理设备,城乡同质化供水覆盖率达到98.5%;保留水站水量在线监测覆盖率达100%、水质在线监测覆盖率超 80%,实现从"喝上水"到"喝好水"的跨越。 供水服务效能持续优化 构建"城市供水企业统管+ ...
