6月12日,中国水运建设行业协会在上海组织召开了由中交三航局牵头完成的9项科技成果鉴定会。经综合评价,中交三航局1项科技成果达到国际 领先水平,6项科技成果达到国际先进水平,其余2项分别达到国内领先和国内先进水平。 专家组听取了各项目汇报,审阅了项目技术研究报告、科技查新报告、经济效益证明、工程应用证明等资料,并进行了认真讨论,一致认为四公 司牵头完成的《国产旋转式打桩船沉桩施工关键技术》成果达到国际领先水平。 该成果结合工程实际,通过理论分析、数值模拟、工艺研究、装备研发、现场试验等方法,研发了国产旋转式打桩船沉桩施工关键技术。 该项目取得4项创新成果,一是研发了旋转式打桩船沉桩工艺,综合采用旋转式桩架系统、角度自适应调节抱桩器、定位桩定位系统、全船数智化 系统,增强了打桩船对环境的适应性,提高了沉桩效率;二是研发了"旋转式+滑轨"自适应打桩船桩架系统,实现了桩架便捷提升和变幅,提高了 吊桩、竖桩、就位工效;三是研制了角度自适应调节抱桩器,实现了波浪作用下桩身姿态的实时补偿,保证了沉桩倾斜度;四是研发了打桩船分 段式压载水舱与高速响应阀协同控制系统,实现了沉桩过程中船舶的动态平衡,提高了船舶的稳定性。 该成 ...
