今年1至7月新改建农村公路5.1万公里

农村公路作为连接城市与乡村的"经济线""民生线",其高质量发展关系粮食安全、乡村全面振兴等。为 此,仍需进一步推动农村公路建设,充分发挥其畅通城乡、高效连接市场的作用。交通运输部、财政 部、自然资源部近日印发的《新一轮农村公路提升行动方案》也提出,因地制宜、科学规划农村公路发 展重点和时序,合理确定规模和标准。 如何让农村路更好走?加强顶层设计,科学规划布局是关键。各地应根据农村的地理条件、人口分布、 产业布局等因素,合理规划农村公路的建设规模和线路走向,避免盲目建设、重复建设。还要强化农村 公路连接互通,加强农村公路与国省干线、城市道路、村内道路以及其他运输方式衔接,打通"断头 路",畅通"微循环"。对于农村公路管理、养护和运营等问题,各地可以统筹现有资金渠道进行支持。 拓宽融资渠道,鼓励金融机构、社会力量合法合规参与建设,探索建立更加稳定的农村公路资金投入机 制。 只有把农村公路建得越来越好,农产品才能更便捷地运输出去,资金、人才、技术等要素才能加速向农 村流动,更好帮助农民创富增收。加快补齐我国农村基础设施和公共服务的短板,将产生更多溢出效 应,为农村地区增添更多发展生机与活力。 (文章来源:经济日报) ...
