商报讯(记者张馨予)近日，国务院正式批复同意杭州综合保税区扩区，杭州综合保税区空港片区获批设 立，将推动杭州临空经济从"机场枢纽"迈向"口岸经济"综合平台。 杭州综合保税区前身为2000年经国务院批准设立的杭州出口加工区，2018年升级为杭州首个综合保税 区，规划面积2.01平方公里。2024年度全国综合保税区发展绩效评估结果显示，杭州综保区以全国第 六、东部第四、全省第一的历史最佳成绩，跻身全国A类综保区前列。 今年1月，我市确定以杭州综合保税区扩区方式推进空港综保区申建，成立"扩区申请"工作专班，近 日，国务院正式批复同意。扩区后的杭州综保区共两个区块，新增区块位于临空经济示范区，规划面积 0.40平方公里。目前，片区基础和监管设施正有序推进，力争年底完成建设并达到验收标准。成功扩区 标志着杭州综保区实现了跨江发展，新增区块将依托机场枢纽，大力发展临空口岸经济，全面增强区域 的国际竞争力与辐射带动力。 在临空经济受政策功能限制、外向型产业发展遇阻的瓶颈期，新增区块不仅补齐了杭州萧山国际机场周 边缺乏综保区配套的功能短板，更是推进高水平对外开放、撬动外向型经济提质增效的关键抓手。 围绕杭州综保区新增区块功能 ...
