2025年大型科研仪器开放共享成绩单出炉

Group 3: Performance Evaluation and Accountability - An annual assessment will be conducted, rewarding "excellent" management units with preferential treatment in project applications and penalties for "unsatisfactory" units, including public notification and mandated corrections [4]. - Failure to comply with sharing obligations may result in corrective actions and penalties for responsible personnel [4].
