日前,东莞市生态环境局在信用中国(广东·东莞)通报称,河源于晓峰工程机械租赁有限公司在东莞 万江使用高排放非道路移动机械,被罚2万元。据了解,从2025年11月1日起,东莞全市范围内全面禁止 使用高排放非道路移动机械。 通报称,2025年11月20日,东莞市生态环境局在万江街道大汾社区大新路12号广东胜洋建设有限公司东 莞万江分公司承建的巨力集团全球总部与高端智造中心项目检查及调查发现,河源于晓峰工程机械租赁 有限公司的一台履带式液压挖掘机正在使用。 东莞市生态环境局监控中心委托广东莞投检测技术有限公司对该履带式液压挖掘机进行尾气排放检测。 根据2025年11月24日广东莞投检测技术有限公司出具的《非道路柴油移动机械排气烟度检测报告》显 示,上述履带式液压挖掘机的林格曼烟度和排气的光吸收系数测量均不合格。 《广东省大气污染防治条例》第八十条规定:"违反本条例第四十四条第三款规定,在禁止使用高排放 非道路移动机械区域使用高排放非道路移动机械的,由县级以上人民政府生态环境等主管部门按照职责 责令改正,处两万元的罚款;情节严重的,责令停工整治。"为此,东莞市生态环境局对河源于晓峰工 程机械租赁有限公司处以2万元罚款 ...
