运河边这场市集 让“银龄群体”乐开花

近年来,湖墅街道高标准建成拱墅企退・湖墅学苑,联动党群服务中心、社区养老点位构建"15分 钟家门口学习圈",该学苑还获评2025年度杭州市共学养老优质基地。现场揭牌的"浙江华夏香学技艺研 究院教学体验点",正是社区教育向"专业化"升级的体现。此外,"湖叔叔墅阿姨"志愿服务品牌推动"银 龄群体"参与社区治理,200余人的队伍成为文明劝导、平安巡防、邻里互助的中坚力量。活动中,街道 还发布拱墅企退・湖墅学苑"办学伙伴"联盟,深化志愿服务积分体系,让志愿者付出可量化、可激励。 下一步,湖墅街道将以此次活动为起点,做优"品质退管"服务,推动为老服务从"普惠保障"迈 向"优质赋能",让企退人员在运河畔再绽风华。 11月27日,拱墅区人力资源和社会保障局、湖墅街道办事处联合举办"运河传古韵 非遗漾新风"拱 墅区企业退休人员"银龄共富市集"暨"银龄康养"湖墅专场主题活动。活动现场,拱墅企退・湖墅学苑学 员带来民乐合奏、舞蹈等演出,尽显"老有所学、老有所乐"成果;"银龄共富市集"人气旺盛,景泰蓝、 宋锦、香道等非遗摊位,与社保咨询、健康驿站等公益服务站点,共同绘就"文化润心、服务暖心"图 景。 ...
