新京报讯（记者行海洋）3月27日，最高人民检察院发布以"三农"为主题的公益诉讼典型案例。在一起 农村特殊群体权益保护案例中，检察机关运用大数据法律监督模型锁定高危账户，通过办案督促保护农 村老年人个人信息。 案情显示，2022年3月至5月，毛某邀约刘某、何某等8人成立团队，在重庆市江津、武隆等地，以帮助 免费注册激活电子医保账户为由，获取农村老年人的身份证、人脸信息和手机号码，私自注册支付宝账 户后出售，非法获利近20万元。 重庆市江津区人民检察院在审查起诉毛某等8人侵犯公民个人信息罪一案中，发现公益受损线索。重庆 市人民检察院第五分院经分析研判认为，支付宝账户具有金融账户属性，非法出售后将使案涉农村老年 人的个人信息面临被冒用的重大风险，遂指导江津区检察院于2023年11月1日以民事公益诉讼立案。 2024年4月26日，重庆市检察院第五分院向重庆市第五中级人民法院提起民事公益诉讼，诉请判令毛某 等8人协助被侵权人注销涉案支付宝账户以消除风险；在省级以上媒体公开赔礼道歉。 在法院组织调解过程中，毛某等人均认可检察机关认定的事实，并同意全部诉讼请求。同年7月9日，重 庆市五中院作出民事调解书予以确认。调解书生效 ...
