转自:新华财经 9月18日10时18分,由中国能建安徽电建二公司承建的江西赣能股份有限公司上高2×1000兆瓦清洁煤电项目1号机 组顺利通过168小时满负荷试运行,机组运行参数符合设计要求,各项性能指标优良,正式投入商业运营。 江西上高清洁煤电项目是国家"十四五"电力规划重点项目和江西省能源重点工程,采用国际领先的超超临界二次 再热技术,配套先进的二次再热系统和智能控制平台,同步建设高效除尘、脱硫、脱硝等环保设施。采用"低低温 静电除尘器+湿式脱硫装置+低氮燃烧+SCR烟气全负荷脱硝工艺"的烟气协同治理技术,烟气排放粉尘 ≤4.5mg/Nm3,二氧化硫≤30mg/Nm3、氮氧化物≤30mg/Nm3,烟气排放指标全面优于国家超低排放标准,实现"近 零排放"。设计供电煤耗低于261克/千瓦时,达到国际先进水平。 建设过程中,安徽电建二公司紧紧围绕"建设安全先进、优质高效、生态智能的国内一流电厂"总体目标,实行精 细化管理,推进技术创新,《提高抹灰验收一次合格率》《降低地上结构混凝土柱模板拼缝色差发生率》等QC技 术成果获得中电建协二、三等奖,《一种大口径管道焊口组对工具》成功获得国家实用新型专利。项目圆满实现 D ...
