日前,由珠海市公共工程建设中心建设、中铁隧道局承建的粤港澳大湾区超大直径盾构跨海隧道——珠 海隧道正式通车运营。 为突破建设难关,项目团队深入研究工程地质,应用中铁隧道局盾构隧道智能建造体系,通过智能感 知、智能检测等一系列创新技术,实现施工全过程精准管控,从根本上解决了极软浅覆土地层掘进冒顶 漏浆、管片上浮控制难度大、成型隧道稳定性差等难题。同时,项目还研究总结了一套极软淤泥地层盾 构施工工法,引入绿色泥浆处理工艺,在提升施工效率的基础上,实现了盾构泥浆"零污染、零排放"。 珠海隧道工程是广东省、珠海市重点建设项目,隧道通车后将与既有珠海大桥共同构建"北桥南隧"立体 交通格局。来往车辆通过隧道仅需约5分钟时间,并可在台风等恶劣天气条件下正常通行。(经济日报记 者崔国强) 珠海隧道工程跨香洲、斗门、金湾三个区,是缓解珠海东西部交通压力的关键项目。工程主线起于珠海 大桥东,终于珠海大桥西,总长约5千米,与珠海大道主线相接。隧道道路规划为双向6车道,设计行车 时速80千米。其中,由中铁隧道局施工的隧道盾构段单线长2930米,采用"开拓号""奋进号"两台直径 15.01米的超大直径泥水平衡盾构施工。作为国内最具挑战 ...
