在京高校自建特色知产数据库

近年来,本市知识产权信息公共服务资源逐步与在京高校实现共享。2025年,全国首部专为高校学生量 身打造的知识产权素养教材《知识产权信息素养教程》在京发布;本市首次成立高校知识产权就业导师 团队,26名来自企业、知识产权服务机构的专家,为学生提供知识产权就业指导和职业规划建议;在京 高校与园区、企业开展知识产权信息公共服务对接,中关村软件园、中关村东升科技园、平谷国家农业 科技园等创新载体与5所高校对接合作,促进资源高效流转共享。 本报讯(记者 刘苏雅)中关村知识产权促进中心近日公布的调研数据显示,在京高校积极建设各具学 科特色的知识产权数据库,纳入调研的高校中,近六成已自建数据库。 目前,北京市高校知识产权信息公共服务共建单位已达19家。2026年,本市将持续推动开展在京高校知 识产权信息检索大赛、推广《知识产权信息素养教程》、开展学生知识产权实践能力培养与教师应用能 力提升等工作,并鼓励在京高校开展特色知识产权信息公共服务,依托高校专业特色与资源优势,聚焦 优势学科领域,鼓励引入人工智能技术,提供精准化、公益性的知识产权信息服务。 近期,中关村知识产权促进中心选取了21所在京高校,围绕知识产权信息服务资金投 ...
