尊敬的客户: 按照《财政部 中国银保监会关于进一步规范银行函证及回函工作的通知》(财会〔2020〕 12号)、《财政部办公厅 金融监管总局办公厅关于印发<银行函证工作操作指引>的通知(财 办会〔2024〕2号)》(以下简称"《通知》")要求,并结合我行实际情况,现将我行函证业 务受理有关事项公告如下: 纸质函证处理 (一)受理机构和受理业务范围 1.总行集中处理机构受理业务 总行集中受理机构仅受理标准中文版审计类银行询证函(即《通知》中要求的《银行 询证函(格式一)》和《银行询证函(格式二)》)。其余情况(下述(一).2章节)请 至开户机构办理。 会计师事务所等第三方询证单位按照我行集中受理函证要求,将《银行询证函(格式 一)和(格式二)》邮寄至指定受理机构,总行集中受理机构及联系方式如下: 集中受理机构:中国建设银行股份有限公司业务处理中心(武汉) 集中受理地址:湖北省武汉市洪山区楚平路99号中国建设银行业务处理中心询证函集 中处理点 联系电话:027-86760128(工作日9:00-11:30,14:00-17:00) 2.被询证单位开户机构受理业务 《验资业务银行询证函》、非《通知》规定的非标准格式《 ...
