在12月23日举办的2025广州市房协番禺好房子鉴赏调研会上,番禺区住房和城乡建设局副局长张庆华表 示,2025年以来,番禺区房地产市场交出120多万平方米的销售成绩单,在无强力干预下市场呈现稳健 态势,当中有两个楼盘拿地一年多就已清盘或即将清盘。 张庆华副局长介绍,市场正用成绩证明"好房子不愁卖":当中位于番禺区府对面的绿城玉海棠,去年11 月拿地,今年11月最后一套房子已经卖出,短短一年就清盘;龙湖央璟颂小而美,总共5栋住宅,建筑 面积7万多平方米,今年已网签6万多平方米,即将清盘。他提倡政府应做好项目相关配套,实现政企同 频共振,协同发力,控增量,优供给,建好房地产市场新模式,建设更多番禺好房。 番禺区住房和城乡建设局四级调研员袁春燕介绍,今年以来,番禺区新房销售面积达到约123万平方 米。今年番禺市场推出的8个新盘销售情况理想,部分楼盘去化率达八到九成甚至售罄。 该次调研活动依次到访广地花园、广州足球公园、越秀·星汇锦城的营销中心和实景样板间。 南驰集团营销总监沈锐培介绍,今年前11个月,广地花园签约套数排名番禺第三,广州第九。广地花园 自2015年接手地块开始,花费5年时间,解决了很多历史遗留问题, ...
