据中国房地产报,近日,广州市规划和自然资源局印发《广州市提高土地利用效率综合改革试点实施方 案》,重点围绕土地制度、产业用地、存量盘活、地下空间、城乡市场、海洋开发6个方面出台31条支 持措施。包括,在房地产热时期采取"竞自持"方式调控地价而产生的自持商品住房,在去化周期18个月 以下区域,企业可在依法补缴出让金后,转为可售入市。支持存量商办改建为保障性租赁住房,允许自 持商办物业招商入市等。 广州一位业内人士认为,《方案》的落地意味着这些自持住宅有机会由租转售,减轻房企的资金压力。 相较已建成的旧规产品,未开发的地块更具实操性和经济价值。 (文章来源:第一财经) ...
