《目录》共分三级。一级将生态产品划分为物质供给类、调节服务类和文化服务类三类。二级在一 级的三种分类基础上，再细化分类。物质供给类生态产品主要分为：林产品、草产品、水产品、沙产 品、海产品、农产品、农林牧渔产品、其他物质产品。调节服务类生态产品主要分为：水源涵养、水质 净化、土壤保持、防风固沙、海岸带防护、洪水调蓄、固碳释氧、空气净化、局部气候调节、噪声消 减、其他调节服务。文化服务类生态产品主要分为：旅游康养服务、休闲游憩服务、教育科研服务、精 神审美服务、景观增值服务、其他文化服务。三级目录结合海南实际和特色优势，对二级目录类别进行 了更加充分、详细的细化分类。 《目录》系统梳理和科学界定我省生态产品类型，旨在推动我省生态产品价值实现。下一步，我省 将立足类型丰富、数量多样的生态资源，挖掘和开发更多可交易、可变现、可抵押的生态产品，持续拓 宽"两山"转化路径。 《目录》围绕国家林业和草原局、国家发展改革委、国家统计局联合印发的《生态产品目录(2024 年版)》的要求，参照联合国《环境经济核算体系—生态系统核算》等国内外相关标准，结合海南生态 资源特色，将生态系统划分为森林、草原、湿地、荒漠、海洋、农田和城 ...
